If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Hygiene Policy:

Due to hygiene reasons, shapewear, lingerie, and intimate wear are eligible for return only if unused, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
