- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.

- United States: 7–12 business days
- Other Countries: 10–15 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

- Tracking details will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped.
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to reflect after dispatch.
If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

All Femenza orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with:
- No product images
- No sensitive wording
- No branding on the outer package
❗ Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Femenza is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for refund.
⏳ Delayed or Lost Shipments
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
- If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.
