  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Other Countries: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

📍 Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to reflect after dispatch.

If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

All Femenza orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with:

  • No product images
  • No sensitive wording
  • No branding on the outer package

 

❗ Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Femenza is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for refund.

⏳ Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
  • If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can assist.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once processing has begun, cancellations are not possible.
