✅ Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received an incorrect item (wrong product)
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

🚫 Hygiene & Intimate Wear Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
Lingerie, shapewear, sleepwear, and intimate apparel are non-returnable once worn or washed.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind
- Color variation due to lighting or screen settings
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items showing signs of use
This policy complies with international hygiene standards and PayPal merchant guidelines.
🔄 Refund Processing
If your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund amount may be partial or full, depending on the case
Femenza reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing evidence.
🔁 Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, at our discretion
Replacement shipments follow standard processing and delivery timelines.
🚚 Return Shipping (If Applicable)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue is confirmed to be our error
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will not be processed without proof of return (if required)
⏳ Delivery Time & Non-Delivery Claims
Estimated delivery timelines are clearly mentioned on our Shipping Information page.
- Delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address details do not qualify for refunds
- Non-delivery claims must be reported within 7 days after the estimated delivery window
📦 Discreet Packaging & Product Description
All Femenza orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging.
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, or design may occur due to manufacturing batches and do not qualify as defects.
⚖️ Chargebacks & PayPal Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback.
- Disputes opened without contacting us may be denied if they conflict with this policy
- We provide PayPal with order confirmation, tracking details, delivery proof, and policy acceptance records
- Abuse of disputes may result in account restriction
